Biopharma partners
Expression-based biomarkers such as HER2, ER, ADC targets, and molecular subtypes have historically required tissue. ExpressCT™ changes this by quantitating gene expression from cfDNA sequencing data routinely generated.
Three entry points depending on where you are:
- Retrospective analysis: Submit sequencing files from a banked cohort. Receive an expression biomarker report and CDx hypothesis within weeks.
- Prospective integration: Embed ExpressCT™ as a pre-specified expression endpoint in an ongoing or new clinical trial.
- Companion diagnostic program: Develop algorithms through RUO, LDT, and CDx. GeneCentric manages the regulatory pathway.
